Third Phase Chief's Blanket

50" x 61"

 

  Handspun wool blend and aniline dye Navajo rug weaving in gray, brown, black, white and red, approximately 50: x 61" with red, black and white horizontal bars in the center.  The corners are in a stepped graduating three dimensional black and white pattern, tumbling blocks.  The weaving is a medium almost tapestry.  There is some insect damage and wear damage.
